It started with just a colour, my love of trees and the sensation of being underwater. After many layers these images emerged. I feel both the presence of trees and aquatic currents united here. My daughter suggested the titles ‘Dryads’ (tree nymphs) and ‘Naiad’ (water nymph) being an ardent lover of Greek myths.
